Structural Frame
The structural frame focuses on the formal organizational aspects that shape how work is organized and executed. This frame emphasizes the importance of structure, roles, policies, and procedures in achieving organizational goals. It views organizations as systems composed of interconnected parts that must be effectively coordinated to function efficiently. Leaders operating within the structural frame analyze how tasks are divided, how authority is distributed, and how communication flows throughout the organization. By creating clear hierarchies, defining roles and responsibilities, and establishing formal processes, leaders can enhance efficiency, clarify expectations, and facilitate effective decision-making. The structural frame underscores the necessity of aligning the organization's structure with its goals and the external environment to enhance overall performance. (Bolman and Deal 2017)

Reflection
Reflecting on the counterfeit check case I recognize several insights that could inform my future actions in similar situations. First and foremost, the experience underscored the importance of balancing strict policy enforcement with a customer-centric approach. While it is essential to uphold policies that protect the bank’s interests, I have learned that demonstrating empathy and providing education can significantly enhance the customer experience and foster trust. In the future, I would place a higher priority on being in touch with clients in front of problems to make sure they are aware of the dangers of check deposits, especially when using mobile channels. This could entail launching customer education programs that anticipate and prevent common fraud schemes and warning indicators. Regular educational resources, like emails or instructive booklets, can be incorporated to foster a culture of awareness that enables consumers to identify possible dangers on their own, hence decreasing the probability that they will become victims of scams.
